Job summary

Salomon is offering an internship for a Supply Planning Digital Transformation Assistant in Annecy, France. The six-month, full-time position starts January 2027 and provides exposure to APS implementation (o9) in a global supply chain setting, working with multiple teams and external partners to shape future planning processes.

You will learn how to design, document, and test digital planning solutions, translate business needs into user stories, and support day-to-day supply planning

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to document complex processes clearly and concisely.
• Interest in supply chain planning, digital transformation, data analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
• Rigour, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.
• Exposure to ERP (SAP), APS, or planning systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support APS implementation and supply planning transformation across phases.
• Maintain repository of supply planning processes, rules, and glossary.
• Participate in functional design workshops to understand the future solution.
• Translate business needs into user stories for the project team.
• Document gaps between needs and tool capabilities and propose solutions.
• Link business needs to tool design and testing.
• Provide day-to-day supply planning operational support.
• Assist with production plan builds and demand-supply-inventory alignment.
• Support KPI monitoring and risk identification.
