Job summary

Salomon in Annecy, France, seeks a Supply Planning Digital Transformation Intern to join the Softgoods Supply Planning team and help implement the future APS solution (o9). You will balance worldwide demand and production capacity while limiting inventory, collaborating across planning, IT and external partners.

The internship offers exposure to design workshops, user stories, and testing in a global planning environment, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Masters in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to document processes clearly.
• Interest in supply chain planning, digital transformation and data analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, with rigour and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support APS implementation and supply planning transformation across phases.
• Maintain a structured repository of processes, rules and glossary.
• Translate business needs into user stories and document gaps and solutions.
• Link business needs to tool design and testing, ensuring traceability.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, IT and partners.
• Assist in day-to-day supply planning tasks: production plan updates, demand/inventory alignment.
• Contribute to analyses supporting S&OP reviews and KPI monitoring.
