Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Master 1 or Master 2 degree.
• Strong sense of customer service and business awareness.
• Good communication skills and multicultural sensitivity.
• Analytical with data, Excel, and digital tools experience.
• Proficient in Office, especially PowerPoint, and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support data & KPI analysis for customer service projects.
• Participate in maintenance and evolution of digital tools and incident management.
• Coordinate with international business units on group CS projects.
• Assist with new omnichannel platforms and self-service use.
• Support project management tasks and user guides.
