Artefact, an AI-native company, seeks an Intern Chief of Staff to the Group CMO in Paris to drive the AI-Augmented Marketing initiative across analytics, content workflows, and global enablement. You will work directly with the Group CMO and partner with data scientists and business analysts worldwide.

The role offers hybrid flexibility, starts January 2027, and requires strong English skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s student from a top-tier Business School (Grande École de Commerce) or equivalent university program.
• Analytical mindset: strong data-driven problem-solving abilities; comfortable with analytics platforms, data modeling, and reporting frameworks.
• AI & Tech native: genuine passion for emerging technologies, generative & agentic AI tools, and B2B growth marketing.
• Communication & copywriting: bilingual or fluent in English with exceptional writing skills across long-form and newsletters.
• Project management: high organizational agility, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Strategic orchestration: support the Group CMO in executing the global AI-Augmented Marketing roadmap across analytics, agentic content workflows, and global enablement.
• Go-to-market & revenue operations: leverage AI tools to optimize funnels and drive pipeline velocity.
• Performance measurement: build dashboards to measure campaign ROI and identify improvements.
• Operational excellence: maintain cross-functional tracking tools, dashboards, and meeting cadences.
• High-impact copywriting & editorial: produce newsletters, landing pages, case studies while safeguarding brand tone.
