Job summary

Renaissance Fusion in Grenoble invites an Interim Beckhoff PLC & HMI Specialist to join the HTS prototyping line for an expert interim mission tasked with designing, testing, and handing over a Beckhoff-based control system for an MOCVD machine. You will collaborate with the automation engineer to reuse MoMo prototypes and deliver a robust automation solution.

Qualifications

Significant Beckhoff PLC development and commissioning experience.
Strong expertise with TwinCAT PLC, HMI and motion/diagnostics environments.
Experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, and process control systems.

Responsibilities

Design and finalize Beckhoff PLC architecture for the MOCVD system.
Develop PLC software using Beckhoff / TwinCAT technologies.
Develop and validate the HMI interface for machine operation, monitoring and diagnostics.
Integrate field devices, sensors, actuators and equipment into the control system.
Reuse and extend existing automation developments from MoMo prototype.
Perform functional testing, debugging and validation of the control system.
Support commissioning activities and ensure reliable operation of equipment.
Prepare technical documentation and maintenance information.
Ensure effective handover to Renaissance Fusion engineers.
