Job summary

Renaissance Fusion in Grenoble is seeking an Interim Beckhoff PLC & HMI Specialist to strengthen its automation team for a short-term MOCVD project. You will contribute at expert level to design, test, and handover of a Beckhoff-based control system with HMI.

The role requires immediate availability, strong Beckhoff and TwinCAT expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with the MoMo prototyping initiative and cross-functional engineers in a fast-moving R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Significant Beckhoff PLC development and commissioning experience.
• Ability to deliver operational systems within tight timeframes.
• Experience with knowledge transfer and technical handover.

Responsibilities

• Design Beckhoff PLC architecture for the MOCVD system.
• Develop PLC software using Beckhoff / TwinCAT technologies.
• Develop and validate the HMI interface for operation, monitoring, alarms, and diagnostics.
• Integrate field devices, sensors, actuators, and process equipment into the control system.
• Reuse and extend existing automation developments from MoMo prototype.
