The ideal candidate will have strong skills in reviewing and negotiating IP contracts, especially in tech or IT sectors. Mid-Level IP Lawyer / Juriste (3+ years' experience) Nice / hybrid

We are looking for a motivated legal professional with 3 to 7 years of experience in intellectual property (IP) law including a solid background in reviewing and negotiating IP-related contracts, ideally in an IT / digital context.

Scope :
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP clauses in all types of contracts;
  • Maintain templates, prepare guidelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams on IP related matters in the context of large transactions;
  • Identify, provide risk assessment and advise on patents, copyright, trademarks and trade secrets matters;
  • Support special projects, policy development and initiatives involving M&A, open source and AI; and
  • Promote IP awareness through training, internal communications and knowledge-sharing.
Profile :
  • You have a law degree with IP specialisation;
  • You have 3-7 years of IP legal experience, preferably in tech or IT sectors., in a law firm or in-house;
  • You have a strong understanding of IP fundamentals and software-related IP issues; and
  • You are fluent in English with excellent communication and organisational skills.
