For our site in Charleville-Mézières we are looking for an assurance quality manager. Senior manager and plant expert for all topics related to the management system and quality of propulsion systems manufacturing and the Stellantis Production Method (SPW). This role directly supports the development and roll-out of propulsion quality standards and SPW fundamentals. The person will be in charge of steering internal audit processes, as well as ISO audits and implementing corrective actions and documenting where necessary Rigorous monitoring of indicators and KPI’s will be required as well as management of monitoring plans. Among the missions to be implemented are: – Guide the plant to meet Stellantis quality management system requirements – Guiding the plant in accordance with SPW fundamentals Support all actions aimed at achieving quality objectives – Ensure renewal of ISO-9000 certifications – Establish and manage standard operating procedures for quality teams – Contact point for the team of auditors from the plant support quality management system – Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of all internal and external quality audits in accordance with Stellantis and regulatory requirements
