Zusammenfassung

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join project teams working on upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities. You will contribute to P&ID development, I/O lists, control panel design, C&E development, control narratives, and network architecture.

You will prepare installation specifications, participate in Process Hazard Analysis and design reviews, and coordinate with client representatives and vendors during reviews and field verifications.

Qualifikationen

• BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with strong control systems coursework.
• Experience in oil and gas or industrial settings.
• Ability to apply instrumentation and controls design practices.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Aufgaben

• Develop P&ID, I/O lists, control panels, C&E, control narratives, network architecture, cable schedules, and location plans.
• Prepare instrumentation and controls procurement specifications.
• Participate in Process Hazard Analysis and design reviews.
• Coordinate with client representatives and vendors during reviews and field verifications.
• Mentor peers through training and Communities of Practice.
