Job summary

A SPIE Turbomachinery procura um engenheiro de manutenção com forte atuação offshore para liderar equipes na manutenção de instalações de petróleo e gás. O candidato ideal possui +15 anos de experiência, profundo conhecimento de instrumentação e controles, e fluência em inglês.

É desejável conhecimentos em francês e português. O profissional trabalhará offshore, com foco em melhoria contínua da confiabilidade e disponibilidade de ativos críticos.

Qualifications

• Bacharelado em Engenharia de Controle & Instrumentação, Controle de Sistemas ou área afim.
• +15 anos de experiência na manutenção em instalações de petróleo e gás.
• Conhecimento de Instrumentação e Sistemas de Controle (PFD, P&ID, listas de instrumentos, diagramas, válvulas, etc.).
• Experiência SAP/R3.
• Capacidade física para trabalhar em plataformas offshore.
• Fluente em inglês; conhecimento de francês e português recomendado.
• Fortes habilidades de liderança, confiabilidade e confidencialidade.

Responsibilities

• Fornece suporte em reparo, instalação e comissionamento.
• Identifica intervenções corretivas recorrentes, analisa-as e sugere melhorias.
• Mantém programas de manutenção preventiva e sugere melhorias.
• Avisa equipes de suporte sobre problemas de disponibilidade/qualidade de peças.
• Sugere melhorias e solicita modificações.
• Verifica a qualidade das intervenções da sua equipe com verificações no local.
• Garante que membros da equipe possuem as qualificações necessárias.

Job description

• Ensures that COMPANY's HSE regulations are respected.
• Ensures the planning, preparation, scheduling, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities within his area of responsibility, while considering production constraints and ensuring the availability of required resources, materials, and spare parts,
• Oversees and ensures the effective maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and restoration of Instrumentation and Control Systems, utilities, and equipment under his responsibility to maintain operational reliability and availability.
• Uses and maintains CMMS data, intervention reports, and inventory information to manage maintenance activities, monitor performance, prepare technical reports, and drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, equipment preservation, and cost optimization.
• Coordinates with third-party vendors for troubleshooting, repair, and refurbishment activities, ensures proper feedback following interventions, and identifies opportunities for equipment and installation improvements.
• Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams.
• Carries out, at the COMPANY request, any intervention within his field of competence.

• Keeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programs and, if need be, suggests improvements,
• Warns support teams of any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts,
• Suggests improvements and requests modifications.

Quality Assurance

• Verifies the quality of his teams’ interventions by frequent on-site checks,
• Ensures that the members of his teams have the qualifications and skills required for the tasks entrusted to them and, if need be, suggests corrective measures.

Perfil

The holder of this position must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline
• +15 years’ experience minimum in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations
• Good knowledge of Instrumentation and Control Systems (PFD and P&ID diagrams, Instrument list and I/O list, Specifications and data sheets, Valve, relief valve and pressure reducing valve calculations, Layout and routing plans, Assembly standards, Equipment parts lists, Terminal block and BJ plans, Grouping cabinet plans, Control room and technical room layout plans, Loop diagrams, Interconnection diagrams)
• SAP/R3 experience and know-how
• Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site,
• Fluent in English, knowledge of French & Portuguese language recommended
• Strong leadership, reliability and work confidentiality.
