VINCI Concessions recherche un chargé(e) de projets d'innovation afin de soutenir le INNOVATE Challenge, et de contribuer au développement de preuves de concept (POC). Vous travaillerez au sein des Innovation Centers of Excellence et collaborez avec les équipes internes sur des solutions IA.

Le candidat idéal est autonome, créatif et orienté innovation, avec un master en gestion de l'innovation ou des technologies. Vous animerez des workshops et saurez communiquer en anglais et en français.

Qualifications

• Maîtrise des notions d'innovation et de gestion de technologies.
• Capacité à animer des ateliers et à faciliter des sessions collaboratives.
• Intérêt marqué pour les technologies émergentes et les enjeux business.

Responsabilités

• Analyser les tendances et surveiller les évolutions technologiques et sociétales.
• Contribuer au INNOVATE Challenge avec le Head of Open Innovation et organiser des ateliers pratiques.
• Explorer et développer des solutions IA pour adresser les enjeux métiers.

The mission

VINCI Concessions is seeking an innovation project officer to support the INNOVATE Challenge we are launching in September, in line with our Innovation Centers of

Excellence and support one POC.

Main missions:

• Trend Analysis :
  • Conduct ongoing watch and analysis of emerging trends in technology, business, and societal changes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide innovation strategies and projects.
• Contribute to the INNOVATE Challenge:
  • Contribute with the Head of Open Innovation to facilitate emerging solutions within the INNOVATE Challenge.
  • Organize and facilitate hands-on workshops
• POC Project Development:
  • Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.

• Master's degree in Innovation or Technologies Management.

• Ability to speak publicly and value VINCI Concessions Innovation activities.
