OPmobility seeks a Master’s student in Optics, Chemistry, or Physics to work in the Innovation Department on laser micro-perforation and texturing for exterior automotive parts. You will analyze, test, and document best practices to improve visual and functional quality of parts and production processes.

Start: January 2027; duration: 6 months. Compensation depends on study level; benefits include transportation allowance, meal contributions, gym access, concierge services, and more.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Optics, Chemistry or Physics.
• Advanced English level (B2/C1).
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to in-depth studies of laser processes applied to the decoration of exterior automotive parts.
• Use laser technology for micro-perforation and surface texturing.
• Design and conduct experimental trials using the new generation of lasers integrated into the pilot line.
• Monitor and follow up on trials carried out by external suppliers.
• Prepare technical reports and document the results obtained.
