Holcim Innovation Center is seeking a Communications Specialist to translate breakthroughs into compelling narratives. You will bridge high-level science and storytelling, manage diverse digital channels and the Innovation Hub showroom, and drive the Holcim Spirit through world-class content production and event support.

You will own end-to-end AV content, the weekly Innovation newsletter, and corporate storytelling across global platforms, while shaping strategy and measuring impact with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual level of English is mandatory.
• French proficiency is a plus for the location.
• Experience translating complex topics into accessible content.
• 3-5 years in communications in multinational/industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, PR, Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Write and edit popular science articles to promote research across platforms.
• Advise researchers on storytelling for non-technical audiences.
• Manage the Innovation intranet and produce AV content, liaising with agencies.
• Own the weekly Innovation newsletter from curation to distribution.
• Support the Innovation Hub showroom and coordinate high-profile events.
• Identify compelling innovation stories for global channels.
• Oversee digital and social media strategy and external partnerships.
• Audit impact with KPIs and reporting.
