Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Responsable Support maintenance

Votre Mission

Garantir la fiabilité, la disponibilité et l’amélioration des installations techniques du site. Vous accompagnez les équipes maintenance dans leur montée en compétence, en respectant les BPF et les procédures internes.

Vos Responsabilités

• Support technique aux équipes et participation aux projets d’amélioration (pas de management direct).
• Organisation des interventions internes et externes.
• Coordination avec les services production, qualité, logistique.
• Mise en place d’outils pour fiabiliser les équipements et optimiser les interventions.
• Suivi des indicateurs de performance, obsolescence et compétences.

Profil Recherché

• Bac +5 dans le domaine de la maintenance.
• Expérience en environnement industriel.
• Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’organisation.
• Anglais technique requis.
• Français courant

Maintenance Support Manager

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Maintenance Support Manager.

Your Mission

Ensure the reliability, availability, and improvement of the site's technical installations. You will support the maintenance teams in their skills development, while adhering to GMP and internal procedures.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical support to teams and participation in improvement projects.
• Organization of internal and external interventions.
• Coordination with the production, quality, and logistics departments.
• Implementation of tools to ensure equipment reliability and optimize interventions.
• Monitoring of performance, obsolescence, and skills indicators.

Required Profile

• engineering degree in the field of maintenance.
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Technical English required.
• Fluent in French.
