Aldebaran Group is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to contribute to risk prevention from design through commissioning for complex industrial projects in the Paris region, with travel across Europe.

You will lead risk studies (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA and SIL), identify safety-critical equipment, contribute to SIS definitions and hazard modelling using tools such as DNV PHAST.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in chemical/process safety with 5+ years' experience and fluent English.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Process Safety or related.
• 5+ years of professional experience in industrial process safety, ideally with process engineering exposure.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies: HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL and consequence analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Define and coordinate process risk assessment strategies with project teams.
• Lead risk studies (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL) and hazard modelling studies.
• Identify accident scenarios and propose preventive and mitigation measures.
• Identify safety-critical equipment and SIS concepts; delineate safety systems.
• Coordinate safety studies across engineering disciplines and project teams.
• Ensure process safety requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
