The position requires a Master’s degree in a technical field and a strong service mindset. Expect substantial travel (about 75%) within Europe, with a comprehensive integration program and a mentorship-based onboarding.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Poste open to junior profiles.
• Diagnostics and fault resolution for mechanical and electrical systems during installation.
• Ability to communicate pass-down information and equipment status reports daily.
• Project management skills to oversee installations within budget, timelines, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform autonomous installation activities (mechanical assembly, electrical connections, robot calibrations) from integration to inspection.
• Follow all procedures and checklists and ensure technical documentation is available before interventions.
• Test equipment with engineers and diagnostic tools; use existing documentation for reference.
• Respond to plant incidents by collaborating with other engineers and participating in escalation meetings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to reduce installation lead times and costs.
