Job summary

Mondelez International recherche un(e) ingénieur chef de projet industriel pour piloter des investissements CAPEX en France. Vous assurerez la faisabilité, le cahier des charges, le suivi chantier et la mise en service, tout en garantissant le respect des enveloppes budgétaires et des normes qualité, sécurité et environnement.

Vous coordonnerez des équipes internes (production, maintenance, HSE) et des prestataires externes, afin de déployer les meilleures pratiques et optimiser les équipements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets industriels, idéalement agroalimentaire ou FMCG.
• Maîtrise des outils de planification, suivi budgétaire et gestion des risques.
• Leadership et excellente communication pour entraîner des équipes pluridisciplinaires.

Ce que vous ferez:

Votre profil:

• École d’ingénieur ou Master 2 — génie industriel, mécanique, process ou éléctrique.
• 3 ans d’expérience minimum en gestion de projets industriels, idéalement en agroalimentaire ou FMCG.
• Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (planification, suivi budgétaire, gestion des risques).
• Leadership naturel, sens aigu de la communication, capacité à embarquer des équipes multidisciplinaires.
