We redefine aerospace and are seeking to hire 2 Ingénieurs Développement Fournisseur to build and coordinate supplier performance improvement plans supporting all sites and RTX commercial entities to deliver on-time and quality requirements.
The position is based in the Paris region and offers 100% remote work. Regular travel (about 50%) to supplier sites is expected for success in this role.
Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou équivalent en Supply chain, Mécanique ou Electrômécanique. Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in industrial process improvement or supply chain in an international environment. Strong written and spoken English (C1).
Excellent knowledge of flow management and production, experience with load/capacity analysis, and value stream mapping (VSM). Practical knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (5 Whys, 8D, FMEA) and proficiency with office tools (advanced Excel) and ERP systems. Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.
Strong communication, synthesis, responsiveness, and analytical skills. Team-oriented.
