Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the image processing chain and automate deployment using IaC and GitOps. You will work on containerization, cloud technologies, and ongoing production support in a security-conscious environment.

Fluency in French and English is required, with at least 3 years of DevOps or infrastructure experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering or infrastructure administration.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid experience with Cloud technologies (OpenStack, GCP).
• Development and scripting capabilities (Bash, Python, Ansible).
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

Job description

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a DevOps Engineer (m/f) to join our TCAAO Optical Operations department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team involved in the operational and commercial exploitation of some of the highest-performing Earth observation satellites on the market (SPOT, Pléiades, Pleiades Neo, CO3D). Within the Image Chain team, you will be involved in ensuring the reliability, automation, and performance of infrastructures supporting production, as part of a DevOps and Platform Engineering transformation approach.
