Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager for Paris-based hybrid work. You will lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud transformation programs within a heavily regulated banking environment, coordinating diverse teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage datacentre migrations, cloud adoption, security initiatives, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining strong executive reporting and project governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure project delivery experience, preferably in banking.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure programmes (datacentre, cloud, network, security).
• Strong governance, risk, and vendor management abilities for regulated environments.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud transformation projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, cloud, and apps.
• Oversee datacentre migrations, server/storage refresh, and resilience initiatives.
• Drive cloud migrations across Azure, AWS, or GCP environments and ensure governance.
