Job summary

Kéoni Consulting seeks an Information System Urbanization Architect to lead functional assessment across multiple business units and the internal IT team. You will build and update the application map, map processes, and define a scalable target architecture aligned with enterprise rules.

You will use MEGA for mapping, validate consistency with the DRCP and Internal IS leadership, and transfer knowledge to the IT department. French work context with European scope.

# Information System Urbanization Architect* Information System Urbanization ArchitectMISSIONS To conduct the functional assessment, meetings with 9 to 10 Business Units are planned. The contacts within the Business Units will be individuals responsible for business processes. The contacts within the Internal IT department will be the Internal IT Manager, the LM&S Manager, 6 to 8 Internal IT staff members, and the enterprise architect already assigned to the project. Regarding the functional architecture design in particular, the candidate will be required to: – Build and update the application map and its dependencies: LM&S has an up-to-date list of all applications within its scope. This list includes information such as: a concise description, the department responsible for the process, the Business Analyst (MOA) contact person, the Internal IT contact person responsible for operational maintenance (MCO), contact information for external support, and some information about the contract, if applicable. The completeness of the existing map is unknown. It is the candidate's responsibility to assist the client in determining this completeness. A flow map also needs to be created. – Develop the functional map of the information system for the Internal IS; the mapping tool used by the IT department is MEGA; deliverables must be compatible with the MEGA tool for operation. – Contribute to the development of the Internal IS roadmap to achieve a state-of-the-art, consistent, and scalable target application architecture. – Respect enterprise architecture principles and share these rules with the LM&S team. Regarding system consistency monitoring, the role will involve: – Evaluating the relevance and consistency of projects in relation to the target architecture and existing systems (through feasibility studies, requirements definition, functional system selection, etc.).Regarding Communication, the following will be necessary: – Present the functional and application mapping to the DRCP manager, the Internal IS manager, and Internal IS staff. – Transfer the skills related to this mission. Individuals will be designated during the service delivery and at the earliest during the kick-off meeting; at a minimum, the LM&S entity manager and their staff.TASKS: Application mapping: map the applications within our scope and their dependencies. Functional mapping: map the processes related to the applications within our scope / highlight any duplication and/or gaps. Software equipment policy (on-premise/SaaS/open source, direct/indirect interface, contract duration, etc.). UO02 – Definition of the target functional architecture and a method to guarantee the consistency of the entire information system while respecting the company's objectives, the functional domain, and external and internal constraints. Transfer of knowledge and documentation necessary for this purpose to the IT department teams.
