A dynamic skincare company in Paris is seeking an Influencer Marketing Assistant for a 6-month internship. The role involves assisting in developing strategies, managing campaigns, and engaging with beauty influencers. Responsabilités

  • Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies.
  • Manage campaigns including product sending and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Reference and list new opinion leader profiles.
  • Engage with opinion leaders in the beauty sector.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Update and manage influence tools.
  • Monitor best practices in influence marketing.

Overview

Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.

Mission

As we continue to grow, we still have great challenges to meet in order to make the plurality and quality of our products known to as many people as possible. With this in mind, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting an influencer marketing assistant.

Start date

January 2026

Responsibilities
  • Communications: Assisting the communications department in the development of an influencer marketing strategy in France and internationally
  • Managing Campaigns: Managing campaigns: sending products, monitoring delivery, reporting
  • Monitoring Campaign Performance: Monitoring, analyzing and comparing the success and performance of our campaigns and activations (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Referencing Opinion Leaders: Contributing to the referencing and listing of new opinion leader profiles for each market
  • Engaging with Opinion Leaders: Engaging and leading conversations with opinion leaders - Beauty experts, influencers and bloggers
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyzing how our competitors are performing
  • Data & Analytics: Updating influence tools (creation of campaigns, status tracking, reporting, influencer classification), creating presentations to share results with the team
  • Monitoring Best Practices: Continuously monitoring influence marketing best practices
Specific skills
  • You have impeccable, polished, professional communication skills across all channels (phone, email, video, content)
  • You have an excellent knowledge of the influencer landscape and the associated platforms including (but not limited to) Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent follow-through and task completion, you take initiative and employ good judgement
  • French is your native language and you are fluent in English
Profil
  • Currently in your studies, you are looking for a 6-month internship
  • You have a marketing/communication background and a strong interest in digital and cosmetics
  • You ideally have a first significant experience in communication and/or influence marketing, in an agency or with an advertiser
