Le candidat doit avoir un diplôme d'État en soins infirmiers et une expérience en santé au travail serait un plus. Job title of the line manager : Occupational Physician / HR Expert Job title of the functional manager (if any) : Occupational Physician Responsibilities : With the exception of responding to medical emergencies, the missions of the company nurse are exclusively preventive : To comply fully with the provisions of the French public health code and the employment code. To fulfill a specific role defined by the French public health code, with missions and duties delegated in the form of written protocols by the company occupational physician(s) or the inter-company health service physician working with the company.

  • Scope of activities
Perform some or all of the following activities :

Assess the main parameters used for monitoring of health and carry out the medical actions or functional explorations provided for in public health legislation.

Collect occupational health data and observations of any kind likely to contribute to knowledge of the person’s state of health, which are recorded in their medical file.

Provide special monitoring (disability, chronic illness, etc.).

Organize and schedule medical check-ups

Participate in monitoring examinations, organize their preparation, recording and follow-up

Manage the infirmary : ordering equipment, monitoring pharmaceutical products used

Provide first aid in the event of a workplace accident

Keep medical records

Inform, advise and listen to personnel

Propose or participate in training, prevention and education actions, in conjunction with other stakeholders (health, safety and prevention department, health, safety and workplace conditions committee, human resources)

Participate, if necessary, in health monitoring and occupational health research.

Act as an interface with public bodies (MDPH, CRAM, CPAM, AGEFIPH, ARACT, etc.), as well as hospital services for occupational illnesses. Activities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.

  • State nursing diploma required
  • inter-university diploma in occupational health and / or equivalent experience.
