Job summary

Autoneum is a global leader in acoustic and thermal management for automotive interiors and underbody applications, and seeks a Process Engineer to drive industrialization, optimization, and reliable manufacturing processes at its Moissac site. You will lead new process launches, conduct feasibility studies, select equipment, supervise trials, and work with production, maintenance and quality teams.

A Master’s degree and 3+ years in industrialization or manufacturing engineering are required,

Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years in industrialization/manufacturing engineering.
Experience in automotive or highly demanding industrial environments is valued.
Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Lead the industrialization of new processes and equipment.
Conduct feasibility studies and define technical solutions.
Participate in selection of equipment and suppliers.
Supervise trials, commissioning activities, and project handovers to production.
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in process risk analyses (PFMEA / Process Flow).
Provide technical support to Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
Train employees on new processes and working standards.
