An international high-tech consultancy is seeking an Industrialization Engineer to transfer and industrialize chromatography Flow Kits critical for bioprocesses. Key responsibilities include creating qualifications in SAP, analyzing test results, and drafting validation guides. Ideal candidates will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and be proficient in SAP. Description du poste

Within the Separation Technologies Business Area, you will join the Transfer and Industrialization Flow-Kit Team, playing a key role in transferring and industrializing chromatography Flow Kits. These systems are critical for bioprocesses such as Tangential Flow Filtration, Chromatography, Centrifugation, and Virus Inactivation.

• Create and upload connection qualifications into SAP and the CES design tool, in collaboration with Data Management and IT teams.
• Collect and analyze test results (chemical compatibility, extractibles, etc.) and, with the Quality team, develop a rationale based on field customer data.
• Draft and validate the Validation Guide with internal stakeholders (Quality, Product Development, Product Management) and upload it into the database.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Knowledge of plastic materials and bioprocesses.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is a plus.
