Harmattan AI in Orly, France, is seeking an Engineering Quality professional to own industrial vision inspection across our production lines and drive inline quality controls. This greenfield role will shape the standards and work closely with production teams to ensure robust, scalable vision solutions.

Based in Orly with opportunities to grow, you will collaborate with Industrialization & Automation, Quality and Production teams to implement and validate vision systems on live hardware on site.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with strong academic record.
• 2+ years of practical industrial vision experience in production.
• Proficiency with an industrial vision platform or library and scripting.
• Ability to work with PLCs and robotics on the shop floor.
• Strong data-driven approach to defect and QC.
• Fluent in French and English; able to communicate with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the industrial vision roadmap across production lines.
• Audit cameras and programs to baseline escape and false rejects.
• Develop and deploy vision programs on real parts with optics, lighting, thresholds.
• Integrate vision with automated stations including PLC/IO handshake.
• Maintain a versioned program library with documentation.
• Review rejected images daily with production and separate defects.
• Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing Systems Engineering on data handling.
