VENS sp. z o.o. in France seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead CAPEX upgrades of an existing facility, overseeing production line improvements, CIP systems, and associated utilities from specification to commissioning.

You will coordinate with OHS, maintenance, finance, and external contractors, ensure budget and schedule adherence, apply GMP/CQV/HACCP standards, and deliver safe, compliant projects with transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial construction with project management experience
• Capex project leadership including budgets and subcontractors
• Knowledge of GMP, CQV, IL6S standards
• Experience supervising production line upgrades (CIP, utilities, HVAC)
• Reading technical drawings and overseeing construction works
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills to resolve on-site issues

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive CAPEX project management from specification to commissioning
• Engineering supervision of line upgrades, CIP, utilities, HVAC, fire protection
• Planning and control to meet budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Enforcing compliance with NFPA, GMP, HACCP and corporate standards
• Team and stakeholder management with OHS, Maintenance, Controlling and contractors
• Reporting progress through the structures steering the project
