Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking an Industrial Mechanic for our Annecy site to join the Assembly and Fitting department. You will prepare the workstation, identify parts and tooling, and assemble centrifugal pump subassemblies in compliance with routings, drawings, and nuclear/oil industry codes.

With at least 3 years in mechanical work or a technical degree in mechanics, you work autonomously as part of a team, adhere to safety instructions, and help ensure quality, cost, and delivery

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the mechanical field or a technical degree in mechanics.
• Experience with rotating equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the workstation and identify all parts, tooling, and assembly steps required for assembling the subassembly.
• Verify the calibration of the measuring instruments used.
• Carry out dimensional checks using appropriate measuring tools (dimensional and geometric inspection).
• Identify anomalies and report any deviations.
• Assemble subassemblies following the correct assembly sequence to ensure compliance with functional clearances.
• Handle parts using the available equipment (stackers, pallet trucks, overhead cranes).
• Continuously check the conformity of the assembly throughout the process (measurements, hydraulic clearances, manual rotation of rotating parts).
• Complete all documentation listed in the manufacturing routing and applicable procedures.
