We are looking for a passionate Industrial Design Intern to help translate real consumer needs into high-quality product designs. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will support product positioning and differentiation through thoughtful design, contributing to enhanced user satisfaction and customer engagement.

You will assist in generating and developing design ideas—balancing vision, craft, speed, and business impact—for consumer electronics such as smartphones, smartwatches, laptops, tablets, and connected accessories. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to the full design process, from concept ideation to manufacturing support, within a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in 3D modeling and visual representation, using modeling and rendering tools to communicate creative concepts.
• Support design concept communication through sketching, refining 3D models, render adjustments, and prototype preparation.
• Help create CGI renderings and simple animations (if familiar with Motion Design).
• Participate in design research, identifying emerging trends and sharing basic insights during team discussions.
• Contribute to daily design tasks, including collecting research materials, drafting sketches, organizing rendering files, preparing presentation drafts, and simple graphic design work.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and production teams to understand design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Assist in preparing design review materials, taking notes, and organizing content for surface model presentations.

Candidate Profile:

Currently enrolled in an Industrial Design or related degree program.
No prior work experience required; a strong academic record or design portfolio (showing learning projects) is a plus.

Personal Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic visualization, sketching, and modeling abilities with enthusiasm to improve.
• Familiarity with 3D tools such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender, KeyShot, or similar, with a willingness to learn advanced features.
• Interest in CGI or Motion Design is an advantage.
• Basic understanding (or curiosity to learn) of manufacturing techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design ideas.
• Fluent in English for reading design documentation and collaborating within an international team.
