Job summary

Airbus is seeking an Industrial Cyber Sec. Specialist to join the Industrial Cybersecurity Operations team in Toulouse, France.

You will protect aircraft manufacturing processes against cyber threats and bridge plant operations with security technologies to mitigate risks at the local site. The role covers delivering cyber solutions, maturity assessments, incident coordination, and metrics reporting within OT/IACS environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, Industrial Automation, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven expertise in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT cybersecurity.
• Solid background in cyber incident detection, response and information systems security architectures.
• Strong grasp of NIST CSF (Manufacturing Profile, 800-53, 800-82) and ISA/IEC 62443 standards.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (EASA PART-IS, NIS2, EBIOS) and Security-by-Design principles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out industrial cyber solutions and service implementation projects with plant stakeholders.
• Conduct Industrial Cyber Security Maturity Assessments and implement local initiatives.
• Coordinate local response actions to cybersecurity incidents and oversee OT/IACS change control.
• Manage local resources, budgets, work packages, and support vulnerability management.
• Maintain plant security metrics and report cybersecurity posture to local management.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Industrial Cyber Sec. Specialist (f/m) to join our Industrial Cybersecurity Operations department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team protecting aircraft manufacturing processes against cyber threats. As part of the local IC**S** operations, you will be involved in bridging plant operations with security technologies aiming at systematically controlling and mitigating risks for the Toulouse St. Martin manufacturing facilities)).

• Conduct Industrial Cyber Security Maturity Assessments (ICMA) and deliver resulting local initiatives.
• Coordinate local response actions to cybersecurity incidents and supervise change control for OT and IACS.
• Manage local resources, budgets, work packages, and support the vulnerability management process.
• Maintain plant security metrics and develop communication plans to periodically report the cybersecurity posture to local management.

Your boarding pass:

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, Industrial Automation, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven expertise in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity.
• Solid background in cyber incident detection, response, and information systems security architectures.
