Job summary

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Corporate Cybersecurity & Compliance Expert to join the Corporate Digital Security team in Marignane, France. You will protect assets against cyber threats, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with worldwide IT security managers to safeguard products and operations.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and cross-functional teamwork in a high-tech, safety-critical environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience complying with national and international cybersecurity regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of European regulations: NIS 2, CRA, PART-IS.
• Strong project management capability.
• Mastery of EBIOS RM risk analysis methodology.
• Experience with electronic signatures, data protection and integrity controls; ARINC 835/827/665 a plus.
• Knowledge of secure network architectures, cryptography, and OS security (Linux/RTOS/Windows).
• Fluent in French; professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance projects for national/international cybersecurity regulations and provide operational support.
• Strengthen digital signature governance to protect aircraft, supporting the Security Manager.
• Contribute to GRC activities and optimize cybersecurity processes.

By joining our team, you will ensure the protection and resilience of our assets against cyber threats, while ensuring compliance with national and international regulatory standards. Together, we will strengthen the Corporate Security department's efforts in protecting our products and ensuring their compliance with regulations. The general mission of the Corporate Security department is to protect employees, tangible and intangible assets, as well as the reputation of Airbus Helicopters against any physical, digital, or strategic threat, in order to guarantee business continuity.

Your main missions will be

• Compliance & Regulation : Lead compliance projects for national and international cybersecurity regulations (e.g., NIS 2, CRA) and provide operational support to the Standardization Compliance Manager.
• Governance & Aircraft Security : Ensure digital signature governance to strengthen aircraft protection, supporting the Products & Services Security Manager.
• Risk Management & Cyber Processes: Actively contribute to GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) activities and the optimization of associated cybersecurity processes.
• Support & Awareness : Conduct advisory, awareness and regulatory assistance initiatives for internal teams.
• Transnational Collaboration & Coordination : Work in close synergy with Airbus Helicopters IT security managers globally and participate in Airbus Group working groups.

Your profile

Professional Experience Level

• Solid experience in complying with national and international cybersecurity regulations.

Job-Related Technical Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of European regulations: NIS 2, CRA, PART-IS.
• In-depth knowledge of project management.
• Risk Analysis: Mastery of the EBIOS RM methodology.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic signature solutions, data protection, and data integrity and authenticity control. Knowledge of ARINC 835, 827, and 665 is a plus.
• Architecture & Networks : Good knowledge of secure network architectures, partitioning, cryptography, operating systems (Linux/RTOS/Windows), and security solutions (SOC, SIEM, firewalls, bastions).
• Languages: French (native/fluent), professional fluent English.
