Randstad España is seeking an Industrial Automation Engineer (Multi-Site) to lead the OT strategy and digitalisation for the Northern Europe region, with cross-plant responsibility and substantial travel. You will define OT architecture, standardise MES interfaces, and drive Industry 4.0 initiatives across plants, combining a strong automation background with problem solving and stakeholder management.

• 5 to 10 years in industrial automation
• Experience in manufacturing, process industry, or automotive
• Knowledge of MES projects and industrial networks
• Fluent English mandatory; Dutch a plus

Mission of the Role:

• Define and standardise OT architecture and MES system interfaces at group level.
• Lead feasibility studies, obsolescence audits, and CAPEX modernisation projects.
• Provide technical support to plants in solving complex incidents (troubleshooting) and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Deploy Industry 4.0 initiatives: industrial IoT, data integration, and OT cybersecurity.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in industrial automation (manufacturing, process industry, or automotive).
• Knowledge: MES projects, Rockwell and Schneider platforms, industrial networks.
• Languages: Fluent English (essential). Dutch is a plus.
• Location & Mobility: Based in Belgium, Netherlands, or France (with willingness to travel >30% between plants in the region).
