amo in Paris is seeking a growth-minded Content Specialist to own the Indonesian market. You will craft engaging TikToks, lead Indonesian creators, and test bold ideas to fuel growth.

You’ll collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product teams in our Paris office, move fast, and turn culturally resonant content into performance. Fluency in Indonesian and English and willingness to work onsite in Paris are required.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Indonesian creator landscape.
• Indonesian language and English language proficiency.
• Experience living in Indonesia.
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris.

Responsabilités

• Grow Bump in Indonesia and own this market.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Indonesian market.
• Make high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Indonesian creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with Indonesian creators and micro-influencers.
• Work with paid marketing to turn content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and shape creative direction.
• Support launches, events, and Indonesia-focused activations.
