Jobtailor is seeking an ALB sales agent to cultivate a local client base in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. You’ll identify property owners, present ALB’s management services, and negotiate agreements.

You will work autonomously as an independent contractor with a flexible schedule, blending field work and partial remote activity. No fixed experience required; motivation and trust-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners.
• Experience in real estate, sales, or related sectors.
• Motivated, autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Desire to build recurring income over the long term.
• Independent contractor status.
• No specific experience or training explicitly required.

Responsabilités

• Become an ALB sales agent in your area.
• Identify and prospect property owners.
• Convince owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties.
• Negotiate and sign property management agreements.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers.
• Manage relationships with property owners and guests.
• Build a client portfolio generating recurring revenue.
• Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and fieldwork.
• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity.
