Alan is hiring an Inbound Sales role in France to close inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees. You will educate prospects and convert them into customers using the Alan Smart & Soft selling method, while aligning with a small, collaborative team.

You’ll help grow the customer base, contribute to product and process improvements, and work in a hybrid setup at our Paris HQ with generous benefits and equity considerations.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of sales experience including closing.
• Full working proficiency in French (C2+), and advanced English.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up.

Aufgaben

• Close deals every day by handling inbound requests.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Educate prospects and present inspiring arguments to convert them.
• Provide feedback to improve product and self-serve experience.
• Collaborate with the team and other projects as needed.
