Crown Bioscience in France is seeking a Study Coordinator I to support in vitro and in vivo pharmacology studies by coordinating project execution and providing hands-on support.

You will liaise with Study Directors and lead a team of Research Associates, handling scheduling, documentation, and data quality across departments and sites. The role requires a scientific background and ability to work under deadlines in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or 1+ years of oncology-related animal studies.
• Experience leading teams, strong communication, and ability to drive results.
• Willing to work under deadlines and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work in a Quality System with QA/regulatory oversight.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear an N95 respirator as needed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient derived xenograft (PDX) revival and passage.
• Manage PDX databases and datasets for internal and external use.
• Respond to PDX and inquiries from different departments and sites.
• Create and distribute study-related documentation.
• Support Study Directors in protocol development.
• Schedule studies and maintain timelines.
• Maintain a daily schedule of tasks for Research Associates.
• Monitor data quality and provide hands-on in vivo support.
• Coordinate client studies across internal departments as needed.
• Train research associates in relevant techniques.
