ThunderSoft in France is seeking an In-Vehicle Smart Cockpit Test Engineer to support an automotive project for a leading OEM. You will perform vehicle-level testing of IVI and Instrument Cluster systems in real-vehicle environments, working with teams in France and China.

The role requires hands-on testing, diagnostic tools, and ASPICE awareness, with collaboration across cross-functional teams. Fluent Mandarin is a bonus; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for timely

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or related field.
Experience in automotive testing, preferably with OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
Hands-on in-vehicle and bench testing; familiarity with testing tools.

Responsabilités

Perform vehicle-level and bench testing of IVI and Instrument Cluster systems.
Verify functional performance and stability under static and dynamic driving scenarios.
Set up test benches and execute functional, performance and stability tests.
Test IVI and connectivity functions (navigation, multimedia, Bluetooth, voice, HMI, telematics, OTA).
Log, reproduce and track defects through resolution and closure; support root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with software teams in China and France; report progress and risks.
Follow ASPICE processes and established automotive testing methodologies.
