STATION F, the world's largest startup campus in Paris, seeks a Junior Legal Counsel with 1-3 PQE to support commercial contracts, governance, and data privacy across a dynamic tech ecosystem. You will draft and negotiate with startups, corporate partners, and vendors in a bilingual environment.

The role emphasizes practical, business-facing legal work within a French regulatory framework, offering fast-track growth to leadership tracks in Europe’s startup legal scene.

Qualifications

• Law degree focus on business/corporate law.
• 1-3 years' experience in a law firm or in-house.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong drafting/negotiation skills.
• Startup/tech ecosystem interest preferred.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and NDAs for campus ecosystem.
• Support corporate governance and compliance for the STATION F entity.
• Assist with data privacy (GDPR) and vendor management.
