Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking an In-House CRA to support the execution and management of clinical trials within a sponsor-dedicated model, backed by ICON's global expertise.

As an IHCRA, you will monitor deliverables, coordinate with investigative sites to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, and contribute to trials that advance innovative treatments and patient outcomes worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience in clinical research or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for clinical trial monitoring deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assist in planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trial activities.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments and participate in site selection processes.
• Coordinate with investigative sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor study progress and data collection activities to ensure quality and accuracy.
