Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care for seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities in Henry County, TN. We emphasize one-on-one care, flexible shifts, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc).
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and mobility assistance.
• Transportation and errands as needed.
• Support clients to stay safe, independent and comfortable at home.
