Job summary

H Company is seeking an Implementation Strategist to bridge customers and our engineering team from Paris. You will identify high-impact multi-step tasks to automate, select optimal Agent solutions, and help shape product vision based on field learnings.

You will collaborate with engineers and customers, deliver demos, train users, and travel up to 50% for on-site deployments and engagements. Fluency in backend languages and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling and implementing complex IT solutions to customers.
• A double curriculum in Business and Engineering school would be ideal.
• Technical Experience working with AI/ML systems would be appreciated.
• Fluency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Java) in addition to English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bias for action—able to ship quickly, iterate fast, and own the full lifecycle of solutions.
• Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements.

About the Team: The Implementation Strategist is the strategic link between customer and our engineering team. Your key stack is understand where the biggest customer problem stand and help find the right Agents to help our customer automate and optimize tasks, and allow them to focus on what really matters. The team is also responsible to shape the future vision of our products by distilling learnings from the field into the H platform.

That platform empowers a wide range of professionals and businesses to safely, easily and autonomously deploy agents at scale for a broad range of tasks: from ensuring websites behave as expected to automating repeated tasks.

Location:

• H's teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US
• This role is currently in Paris, you are expected to travel up to 50% of the time
