Sweep is seeking a Paris-based Field Marketing Manager on a short-term freelance contract to lead field marketing initiatives across EMEA, with a focus on France, Benelux, Nordics, and DACH. This role emphasizes trade shows, webinars, and partner events to position Sweep as a climate-tech thought leader.

You will report to the Global VP of Marketing and collaborate with the US/UK Field Marketing Manager to execute the strategy, manage budgets, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Field Marketing role.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel from awareness to close.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, data management, and automation.
• Experience in carbon management and ESG is ideal.
• Savvy enterprise B2B marketer with expertise in live events and virtual programs.

Responsabilités

• Implement field marketing strategies to unlock growth and support pipeline goals.
• Build relationships with sales to meet regional targets and track activities.
• Coordinate lead generation and brand programs: trade shows, online events, partner events.
• Plan and execute webinars, manage logistics and partner coordination.
• Develop strong partner marketing programs and ensure transparency in performance metrics.
• Manage Field and Partner Marketing budgets and drive continual improvement.
