We are seeking passionate attorneys ready to put their expertise to work in service children seeking safety and stability, ensuring that child has to journey through the U.S. immigration system alone. We are urgently hiring attorneys to provide expert legal services to unaccompanied children needing legal representation through zealous direct representation as well as pro bono facilitation.

Who we’re looking for

• Attorneys with direct experience practicing immigration law, particularly in humanitarian immigration claims such as asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, U visas, and T visas.
• Professionals with experience working with children, preferably immigrant and refugee children, and/or working with vulnerable populations, survivors of abuse, human trafficking, or other trauma.
• Applicants bilingual in English and Spanish are strongly preferred to allow for direct communication with the children we serve and their caregivers, the majority of whom are Spanish speaking.
