Job summary

Medpace, Inc. in Lyon seeks a full-time Project Coordinator to join our office-based team. You will review imaging data for clinical trials, draft documents in English, and coordinate with sites worldwide.

This role supports Project Managers and cross-functional teams in Cincinnati and France, handling data exports, QC, meetings, and shipments. Strong English, organization, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or medical field.
• Clinical trials experience is a plus.
• Experience as a Project Coordinator in CRO or pharma preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Imaging desirable.
• Familiar with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements for trials.
• Excellent computer skills and strong organization.
• Good English communication and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming medical imaging data for clinical trials to quality standards.
• Draft and maintain study documents in English.
• Coordinate with hospitals/sites worldwide for qualification and queries.
• Quality control of received imaging data and transmittal forms.
• Work on multiple projects with teams in Cincinnati and France.
• Support Project Manager tasks such as data export requests and QC.
• Organize meetings: agendas, minutes, attendance.
• Coordinate shipments.
• Interact with Project Managers, Project Assistants and Imaging Technologists.
• Report to the Project Manager.
