Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking an In-House CRA to support the execution and management of clinical trials within a sponsor-dedicated model, backed by ICON's global expertise.

As an IHCRA, you will monitor deliverables, coordinate with investigative sites to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, and contribute to trials that advance innovative treatments and patient outcomes worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience in clinical research or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

You will take responsibility for clinical trial monitoring deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in the planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trial activities
• Conducting site feasibility assessments and participating in site selection processes
• Coordinating with investigative sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring study progress and data collection activities to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assisting in the preparation and review of study documentation and reports

Your Profile

You will bring relevant clinical trial monitoring experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
