SBS is seeking an IAM Specialist to support identity and access management across corporate systems. You will manage user access, collaborate with IT teams, and help maintain secure authentication and authorization controls.

The role involves implementing IAM workflows, auditing, and supporting MFA/SSO in a dynamic security environment. Fluency in English is expected; French is a plus. Hybrid work may be available.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts including SSO, RBAC and federation.
• Experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, LDAP and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, Kerberos).
• Experience administering Entra ID/M365 and PAM solutions is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data with attention to regulatory requirements and security frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user support to enable access to services and apps.
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage user access across systems and data.
• Monitor compliance with policies and customer requirements.
• Perform IAM assessments and audits as directed.
• Investigate incidents and propose corrective actions.
• Update IAM processes and documentation as needed.
• Support MFA and SSO implementations and RBAC strategies.
