Job summary

Axway is seeking an IAM Specialist to safeguard our infrastructure under the Cybersecurity Solutions Group. The role focuses on account life cycle management, auditing, SSO integrations, and RBAC across enterprise apps to ensure secure, compliant access.

You will work with Entra ID, M365, Azure AD, and PAM tools while collaborating with IT teams to implement security controls and automate IAM workflows.

Qualifications

• Must have solid understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, RBAC, federation).
• Experience with IAM tooling and scripting to automate tasks.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate security concepts clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new IAM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support to enable service access.
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage user access to systems and data.
• Monitor policy compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Perform IAM assessments and audits as directed by management.
• Investigate incidents and propose corrective actions.
• Update IAM processes and procedures as needed.
• Create and share documentation to improve team collaboration.
• Support M365, Entra ID, and related IAM functions.
• Participate in IAM project implementations and RBAC provisioning.
• Assist in MFA and SSO enrollment and rollout.
