Emeya Recruitment Limited seeks a commercially minded Project Manager for a major hyperscale data centre project in the Paris region. You will own NRC and end‑user requirements from definition through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and close‑out, coordinating with customers, consultants and suppliers.

You will drive cost control, risk management and programme integration with strong stakeholder engagement. English is required; French is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience on large-scale construction or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing customer-driven requirements and procurement activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as principal point of contact for end-user and customer-specific requirements.
• Lead NRC work packages and commercial proposals; ensure costed scopes and approvals.
• Coordinate design development and interfaces between base build, fit-out and customer scopes.
• Maintain alignment between customer requirements and overall project execution strategy.
• Manage change requests affecting scope, cost, programme or technical compliance.
