ERAMET Ideas in Trappes, France, seeks a scientist-engineer to join its Hydrometallurgy R&D team. You will organize and coordinate research projects from literature reviews through implementation and testing, focusing on lithium processes.

You will lead lab- or pilot-scale experiments, collaborate with site teams and external partners, and help drive Eramet's international profile through Open Innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's or engineering degree; PhD or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level candidates welcome with interest in applied research.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across France and abroad (1–5 trips/year).

Responsabilités

• Propose research programs and literature reviews; develop technical knowledge.
• Design lab- and pilot-scale tests; scale results to industrial level.
• Lead R&D projects with budget and schedule oversight; coordinate technicians and engineers.
