Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years in UX/UI or product design with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio across web, mobile, and native apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of user-centred experiences.
• Oversee the UX/UI design process from research to prototyping.
• Manage a team of UX/UI designers, including contractors.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure consistency.
• Stay current with industry trends and advocate innovative approaches.
